Financial Services Business Unit: As a leading unit, we provide core capabilities designed to help clients navigate regulatory constraints, competitive pressures, and emerging technologies in the financial institution space. Our team supports capital markets, corporate and investment banking, and related functions to achieve strategic objectives in a dynamic business environment. Responsibilities
Advise and deliver change projects as part of a long‑term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions. Leverage PM/BA skills to gather and document requirements from business stakeholders around regulatory changes, capital markets product offerings, and business enhancements. Lead and present product deliverables and effectively liaison between front office, middle office, back office, and other supporting functions. Present findings and recommendations to client leadership. Track project‑level risk issues and dependencies and face off with key stakeholders. Assist stakeholders by evaluating existing operating models, designing current and future process flows, and developing Target Operating Models. Engage with client teams to analyze, evaluate, and enhance client’s Corporate and Investment Banking/Capital Markets businesses. Transform domain knowledge and project experience into published content for Sia Insights. Continue to upskill on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, leveraging Sia’s tools and other innovative applications to service client needs. Qualifications
1+ years of Capital Markets experience within Fixed Income, Equities, Foreign Exchange derivatives product areas, including an overall understanding of the trade lifecycle processes. 1+ years of recent client‑facing management consulting experience. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred. Financial Services background preferred. Strong knowledge of the US and global regulatory landscape within financial services. Required knowledge of regulations and securities transactions to conduct requirement analysis, facilitate rule interpretations, document business requirements and drive issue remediation. Experience with program and project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Ability to quickly learn and conduct independent research; apply new knowledge to own analysis and team management responsibilities. Understanding of upstream/downstream applications and data. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple deliverables and adhere to tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work on multiple workstreams from inception through to implementation. Experience with Project Management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, or other). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.). Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary starting at $88K, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Annual performance‑based discretionary bonus.
