Real Estate Paralegal – Cepero Financial Office – Coral Gables, Florida

The Real Estate Paralegal will support the in‑house counsel in all aspects of real estate transactions. This individual will play a key role in managing legal documentation, preparing and reviewing agreements, coordinating closings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and municipal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage real estate documents including purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, title documents, and closing binders.
Coordinate and facilitate real estate closings, including communication with title companies, lenders, attorneys, and internal departments.
Manage and track agreements, entitlements, and critical deadlines.
Maintain organized files and databases for legal and real estate documents.
Research property records, municipal ordinances, and Florida statutes relevant to real estate and development.
Assist with entity formation, corporate recordkeeping, and licensing matters.
Liaise with government agencies and local municipalities for permitting and compliance‑related tasks.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; Paralegal certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in real estate law, preferably within a homebuilding or development environment.
Strong understanding of Florida real estate law, title insurance, and land use/zoning issues.
Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with title software and document management systems is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
