This position pays $23–$26 hourly, based on your experience, with opportunity for bonuses. The schedule is full‑time hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with weekends as needed. This role supports three properties: Renew Park Viva, Renew Park Blu and Renew Avery Park.
Job Description
Handle all duties for two or more apartment communities
Provide superior customer service
Assist in complete market surveys
Show, lease and move‑in prospective community members
Update unit availability daily
Process rental applications
Process maintenance requests
Receive collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards
Provide clerical and phone support
Maintain community members’ files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all documentation
Maintain a calendar of scheduled move‑ins, ensuring all move‑in appointments are completed and apartments are inspected to Trinity’s standards
Demonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues to the supervisor
Conduct community members’ move‑out unit walks
Perform additional tasks or duties assigned by the supervisor
Physical Demands
The employee regularly sits, stands, walks, reaches, talks, and hears. The employee may occasionally climb. The employee works at a personal computer and talks on the phone for extended periods. Must detect auditory and/or visual alarms and be available to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed.
Attendance/Travel
The position is full‑time and may require occasional nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance and active participation/planning at company functions and events.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and career growth through company continuing education programs
Education
High school education or equivalent required
Fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use on‑site resident management software functions
Professional Experience
One year of experience in a service industry preferred
