Financial Planner – Hybrid Schedule (1–2 days in‑office)
Boutique, fast‑growing RIA in Fairfield, CT seeks a CFP‑level Financial Planner to deliver comprehensive planning and client relationship management in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to join directly with the Founder/CEO, contribute meaningfully to client outcomes, and grow into leadership as the firm expands.
Not a sales role/No portable book of business required.
Base Pay Range $110,000.00/yr – $130,000.00/yr
Additional Compensation Annual bonus ranging from $15,000 – $25,000, with long‑term equity and revenue‑sharing upside. Unlimited PTO.
Highlights
Build and present comprehensive financial plans, guiding clients across tax, retirement, and legacy strategies.
Lead client relationships post‑onboarding, conducting regular review meetings and strategy sessions with support from the Founder.
Hybrid schedule: only 1–2 days in‑office (weekly team meetings and occasional client visits); remainder of the week remote.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
CFP (or in final stages of completion).
4+ years of client‑facing financial planning experience.
Proficiency with planning software (RightCapital or eMoney preferred).
Strong communication skills, growth mindset, and desire to contribute to a scaling RIA.
