Zscaler We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to join our People & Culture team. This role is hybrid and can be based in either San Jose, CA or Seattle, WA. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, this is an Individual Contributor position which will partner with business leaders representing our Total Rewards programs including job architecture, global total rewards strategy, compensation planning, and talent processes. You will consult with the business on Total Reward programs including workforce planning, attraction and retention of talent, and monetary/non-monetary recognition programs. You will partner with business group HR leaders to ensure agreement between delivery of the respective programs. You will

Lead the roll-out of our global job architecture program in partnership with other Compensation Partners, HRBP Leads and business leaders. Educate leaders, HR and colleagues on compensation strategy, practices and benchmarks. Lead and ensure management of broad-based compensation work streams including salary planning, annual bonus and equity processes and reviewing compensation insights with leadership. Advance industry best practices regarding innovations to our broad-based and sales compensation plans and programs, perform analytics and peer benchmarking during the annual performance-based variable compensation goal setting process in partnership with CEO, Leadership Team, Finance and Legal. Educate Senior Leaders and P&C colleagues on our global compensation strategy, job architecture, compensation administration practices and benchmarks. Support and interface with the Global HR team to ensure overall understanding of compensation philosophy and strategy and role management/job code standardization. Help create and establish rewards function OKRs, policies and operating procedures. Ensure appropriate broad-based compensation governance and internal controls are in place and followed. Convert data outcomes into insights and executive ready presentations to senior leaders including CEO and Leadership Team. Ensure that the compensation structure and compensation governance process is free from bias and meet the highest standards of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in compensation. Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Excel skills in addition to Google Suite Experience working with job architecture from a design, implementation, administration, governance and compliance perspective. Experience with the annual benchmarking and pay recommendations, preparing materials for the CEO, Chief People & Culture Officer, and Management. Experience leading global large-scale rewards projects, understanding the nuances of labor rules and tax compliance and market practices for international compensation and benefits programs. Experience in merger and acquisition due diligence and integration. Excellent technical capabilities, experience with big data and working between HRIS applications, solid financial and compensation modeling skills and to resolve complex problems.
