Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Workday Finance/Supply Chain Integrations
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support core functions of the hospital’s business and financial applications. The role focuses on Workday Finance and Supply Chain Management, ensuring efficient, high‑quality, and cost‑effective patient care. The analyst will implement, administer, and support assigned systems under the minimal guidance of senior team members.

What You Will Do
Provide tier‑2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk, including 24/7 on‑call coverage as required.
Assist junior team members in resolving application incidents, maintenance items, and enhancement requests.
Coordinate application support with other IT teams, including Infrastructure, Integration, Reporting, and the help desk.
Implement changes using documented procedures that comply with department policies and procedures.
Mentor junior staff members in documenting workflows.
Act as a technology subject‑matter expert and clearly translate technical concepts into business terms across teams.
Lead major software upgrade initiatives and small to medium‑complexity new software installations and enhancement requests.
Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation, including technical details, user expectations, project goals, work effort, accountability, and deliverables.
Continuously identify opportunities for functional and stability improvement in applications.
Collaborate with vendors and IT analysts to design and implement system optimizations and enhancements.
Anticipate and resolve system problems using independent analysis and judgment.
Research issues and produce solution options, considering pros, cons, risks, benefits, costs, and unintended consequences.
Facilitate and organize team and cross‑team meetings, maintaining appropriate meeting records.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a directly related field.
Certification in relevant applications (preferred).
Experience Qualifications
5+ years supporting process flow, configuration design, and integration of complex Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems such as Workday and Lawson.
Experience with Workday SCM software and Lawson (strongly preferred).
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong technical and business operations background in a healthcare environment.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and other software development methodologies.
Familiarity with server operating systems, storage systems, databases, scripting languages, monitoring tools, and high‑availability/disaster recovery technologies.
Excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
Ability to analyze highly complex systems and workflows, and to conceptualize, plan, and coordinate major departmental functions.
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to diagnose and resolve routine and advanced technology problems.
Commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
Adherence to operational standards, policies, and procedures, with a focus on risk identification and mitigation.
