We are seeking a
Finance Systems Manager
to oversee and enhance our financial technology ecosystem, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient operations, and scalable processes. This role will partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Revenue Operations, and IT to improve financial workflows, implement automation, and maintain strong data integrity and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Systems Management
Serve as administrator and primary owner of financial systems, including ERP, planning, procurement, billing, and expense management platforms.
Manage user access, workflows, and system controls to ensure compliance and security.
Process Design & Optimization
Design and document end-to-end finance processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
Translate accounting policies and controls into system configurations that support accurate reporting and efficiency.
Implementation & Integration
Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with adjacent platforms such as CRM, payroll, and business intelligence tools.
Coordinate discovery, design, testing, and go-live phases with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Data & Reporting
Establish and maintain master data governance across financial systems.
Deliver reliable financial and operational reporting and analytics through dashboards and automated workflows.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline manual finance processes.
Partner with finance leaders to improve planning, forecasting, and reconciliation workflows.
Compliance & Controls
Maintain documentation and evidence for internal controls and audit readiness.
Ensure systems align with data security, access management, and compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute a financial systems roadmap aligned with business goals.
Train and support end users; manage vendor relationships and system budgets.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in finance systems, accounting operations, or business systems roles.
Hands-on experience implementing and managing ERP or related financial platforms.
Strong understanding of core finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) and accounting principles.
Familiarity with integrations, data management, and automation tools.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
