What You’ll Do
As the Retirement Services Consultant, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the ProService Multiple Employer Retirement Plan (MEP). You’ll ensure clients receive compliant, high‑quality retirement plan services through proactive oversight, expert consultation, and hands‑on support.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate all aspects of plan administration, onboarding, and compliance tracking
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams by delivering expert guidance on 401(k) plan operations, eligibility, and regulatory compliance
Lead the execution of key compliance milestones including nondiscrimination testing, year‑end audits, and Form 5500 filings
Deliver engaging training sessions and enrollment meetings to educate clients and internal stakeholders on retirement plan fundamentals
Maintain and update internal HRIS systems with 100% accuracy to reflect retirement plan and client changes
Resolve retirement‑related inquiries with urgency and precision, meeting or exceeding established service‑level commitments
Identify opportunities to enhance plan operations, anticipate client needs, and contribute to participant growth in the MEP
What You Bring You bring deep expertise in 401(k) plan administration, a commitment to operational excellence, and a service‑first mindset.
Demonstrated expertise in 401(k) retirement plan administration; MEP experience a strong advantage
Solid understanding of ERISA regulations and plan document compliance
Demonstrated success in client‑facing roles, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and project management capabilities, with a drive to solve problems and improve systems
Experience with HRIS platforms such as UltiPro, Prism, or Salesforce; proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to evolving client and business needs
