Overview
We’re seeking a strategic systems thinker who thrives in complex implementation environments. As a Talent Solutions Consultant II, you’ll lead large-scale, high-complexity implementations of applicant tracking systems (ATS) for clients across diverse industries. You’ll serve as the architect of scalable recruiting solutions—designing, configuring, and launching systems that transform hiring processes. This role requires precision and adaptability as you drive discovery, solution design, stakeholder alignment, and best-practice adoption. What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end ATS implementations for multi-entity or enterprise clients, from discovery through go-live Design scalable, future-ready recruiting workflows tailored to client structures and hiring needs Guide clients through system adoption with training, enablement resources, and hiring team engagement Build reusable templates, documentation, and training materials to improve implementation efficiency Drive internal process improvements by enhancing configuration workflows and delivery consistency Partner cross-functionally with HR, tech, and client-facing teams to ensure system integrity and client satisfaction What You Bring
Proven success leading or supporting ATS implementations or migrations, especially in multi-entity or high-growth organizations Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and hands-on experience designing or optimizing hiring workflows Strong technical skills in system configuration, integration, and scalability within applicant tracking platforms Experience navigating enterprise or high-complexity environments, adapting solutions to varied structures and use cases Consultative communication style with the ability to guide HR, recruiting, and executive stakeholders toward the best-fit solution Track record of identifying process or configuration improvements that increase efficiency, adoption, or data integrity Why ProService
