$135,000
to
$155,000
per year with an annual bonus opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related systems.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Lead coordination between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and design documents to ensure accurate execution.
Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain project quality and efficiency.
Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical construction project management.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing commercial and industrial mechanical projects.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction processes, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management software and tools.
