Financial & Legal Leadership & Strategy
Lead and execute Naterra’s financial strategy to support business growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team to support strategic decision‑making.
Drive financial risk management, internal controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GAAP, tax, and international regulations).
Own KPI and key financial metrics (P&L, cash flow, margins, ROI) and drive cross‑functional initiatives to improve overall business performance.
Oversee all corporate legal workflows, including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and risk management.
Lead relationships with external auditors, banks, investors, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities; develop materials and clear financial narratives to support engagements.
Team Oversight & Development
Directly manage the Finance & Accounting leadership team, including the Director of Finance, Controller, and Accounting Managers.
Set goals, coach talent, and establish succession paths; promote a culture of ownership, speed and accuracy. Equip and support the finance team with modern effective tools, processes, and resources to produce accurate, timely reporting and insights.
Operational & Analytical Excellence
Own financial operations, across accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, investment, and audit functions.
Implement and maintain robust financial systems, policies, and processes that enable efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Lead scenario planning and business modeling for investments, pricing, new product launches, and market expansion; recommend go/no‑go with sensitivity analyses.
Collaborate with IT on ERP/BI roadmap and adoption, to improve data integrity, and decision quality.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams to provide financial guidance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support strategic initiatives (partnerships, selective M&A, global expansions) by developing valuations, preparing diligence, and planning integrations; advise CEO on trade‑offs.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on profitability, cost management, pricing strategy, and resource allocation.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance policies.
Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.
Own the preparation and presentation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
