Position Overview The Atlanta office is currently accepting applications from attorneys with a minimum of seven years of experience in property insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, persistence, a passion for their practice, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Responsibilities
Evaluate first‑party property insurance claims
Draft coverage opinions
Prepare pleadings and discovery materials
Participate in hearings, depositions, and trials
Qualifications
Minimum of seven years of experience in property insurance coverage and bad faith litigation
Strong critical thinking skills, persistence, passion for practice, and commitment to continuous learning
Hands‑on experience in first‑party property insurance litigation and/or coverage disputes
Excellent written and oral communication abilities
Active membership with the Georgia Bar
Work Environment Hybrid position with a minimum expectation of two days per week in the office.
Base Pay Range $175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr
