Join the Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team as a Delivery Consultant. You will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will play a key role in delivering customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of cloud computing technologies experience.
3+ years of professional software development experience.
3+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications.
Current, active U.S. Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with polygraph.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in automation through DevOps scripting (e.g., shell, Python, Ruby, PowerShell).
Experience designing and building applications using AWS services such as Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, and Kubernetes.
AWS Professional level certification, or Associate’s degree or above.
Knowledge of compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape.
Experience communicating technical concepts to a non‑technical audience.
Experience with database, data warehouse, or data lake solutions.
This position requires you to possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph and opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which you perform AWS work. You are expected to work from one of the specified locations (or customer sites) at least one day a week; this is not a remote position.

The Ohio base pay for this position ranges from $131,300/year up to $177,600/year. The national base pay ranges from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300/year in our highest geographic market.
