Application Architect III – Apex Systems
Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Type: Full‑time
Schedule: Hybrid – on‑site 3 days per week
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $65–$70/hr
Job Description Apex Systems seeks an experienced Application Architect to provide 24/7 support for SDLC platforms and SDM Pipeline through troubleshooting, problem routing, and configuration management. The role collaborates with incident, change, and service delivery teams to ensure smooth operation.
Responsibilities
Initial problem troubleshooting and routing of issues.
Collaborate with internal teams (Incident Management, Problem, Change, Service Delivery).
Maintain knowledge base and support each tool and integration in the SDLC platforms.
Address configuration issues for development team applications.
Lead design and implementation of interactive dashboards and visualizations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate data needs into visual solutions.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
Evaluate and introduce new visualization tools and technologies.
Conduct stakeholder review sessions and iterate based on feedback.
Must Have
5+ years experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js) and a portfolio.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and viz libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Experience with cloud‑based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Design or related field.
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
Knowledge of data engineering concepts and ETL processes.
Understanding of UX design principles.
