Position Summary This role provides Legal Entity, Global Subsidiary and Intercompany accounting and solutions for stakeholders across Tax, Global Controllership, Treasury, Legal and other business areas. There is also responsibility for engaging with third‑party auditors to complete statutory audits on global holding companies. About Team
Our team is focused on developing a streamlined, dependable company that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience (ADE). We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally. What You’ll Do
Schedule, manage and oversee statutory audits for Walmart, Inc. global holding companies under the responsibility of our team. Ensure accuracy and completeness of GHC Financial Statements. Ensure timely filing of audited financial statements of GHCs. Assist Tax, Treasury, Global Consolidation and others on restructuring projects initiated by Tax and Treasury. Assist other business customers with Legal Entity related questions including LE liquidations, dissolutions and other domestic and international legal entities. Be a forward‑thinking leader on current and potential control concerns. Drive efficiencies to improve system functionality and reliability, simplifying when possible. What You’ll Bring
