Responsibilities
Collegial group practice with a large referral base
Excellent support staff and dedicated practice management systems in place that allow you to practice at the top of your license
Collaborative practice and team‑based care
Work‑life balance with flexible scheduling options
Active on‑staff laborists covering over 50% of on‑call
State‑of‑the‑art Epic EMR system
OptumCare physician partnership available
Student and resident teaching; and research opportunity available if desired

Required Qualifications
BC/B.E. in OB/GYN
Unlimited licensure in the state of Massachusetts
Active DEA license
Full COVID‑19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in EMR systems and technology
The salary range for this role is $278,500 to $484,500 annually based on full‑time employment. Pay is a variable mix of base and bonus, based on experience, performance metrics, and local labor market.
