Executive Assistant to $110K – Premier Professional Services Opportunity!
Pay Range $90,000.00/yr – $110,000.00/yr
Our client, a consulting firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to multiple Partners and Vice Presidents in their Denver office. This position offers the chance to work within a collaborative administrative team while developing meaningful relationships with senior leaders. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of executive support experience in a legal or professional services setting.
Responsibilities
Work Model: In Office
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple executives; coordinate meetings and leadership events; oversee expense processing and reimbursement; maintain contact databases and case files; research legal documents through specialized platforms; provide phone coverage and screening when needed; partner with internal teams to ensure seamless administrative operations.
Qualifications
Degree: Preferred
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational and time management abilities; advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; strong written and verbal communication skills; a proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and approach complex problems; and a collaborative attitude.
