Overview
Oracle EPM Techno-functional Lead/Architect Role: Oracle EPM Techno-functional Architect. Locations: Raleigh, NC; Indianapolis, IN; Phoenix, AZ; Richardson, TX; Hartford, CT. Responsibilities
Drive a cloud solution by interfacing with key customer stakeholders. Provide a solution for user stories based on Oracle EPM Cloud SAAS platform (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS). Break down user stories through deep-dive sessions and functional design sessions. Hands-on experience on at least 2-3 EPM Cloud implementations (EPBCS and FCCS, ARCS). Deliver high-quality deliverables for a module and lead a team during design, build, integrations, testing and support activities related to implementation. Participate in transition and warranty support. Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education). 6+ years of experience in design, modeling, implementation, development and maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle EPM suite of products. 4-5 years of end-to-end hands-on experience implementing Oracle’s EPM Cloud suite of products (PBCS, EPBCS, Planning Cloud, FCCS, ARCS). Strong functional understanding of financial planning and budgeting, especially with financial, workforce and project modules. End-to-end implementation experience with EPBCS—financials, workforce and project module, close and consolidation and account reconciliation. Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution design and functional design. Experience in business process redesign or transformation. Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from offshore. Experience in driving requirement gathering sessions, CRPs and demos, and pilots to showcase EPM products. Experience in delivering training to users and managing multiple deliverables concurrently. Hands-on experience building application artifacts (configuring dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM automation scripts, etc.). Building data integrations and designing dashboards & reports. Preferred Qualifications
End-to-end integrations between EPM Cloud and other source systems (ERP Finance, HR, etc.). Experience in client-facing roles – conducting workshops/CRPs/User story clarification sessions. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in onsite-offshore models. Ability to drive customer discussions independently and act as a trusted advisor. Willingness to travel as required in a management consulting environment. Senior/Level
