Mechanical Integration & Hardware Design Engineer Location:
On-site, 5 days a week (Miami, FL / Nashville, TN / Dallas, TX / Austin, TX) Relocation Support Base Pay Range:
$100.00/yr - $120.00/yr Role Summary: Seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer experienced in mechanical system design, hardware integration, and prototyping. The role focuses on transforming innovative concepts into reliable, manufacturable mechanical products that integrate electronics, sensors, and firmware. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop mechanical systems housing electronics and power components. Build and test prototypes using CNC, 3D printing, and other fabrication methods. Collaborate with electrical and firmware teams for full system integration. Conduct mechanical validation tests (thermal, vibration, stress, etc.). Prepare drawings, BOMs, and DFM/DFA documentation for manufacturing.
