Achieve operations and business performance goals for an assigned portfolio of Franchisees Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review processes with Franchisees to align on goals and commitments Track and review ongoing data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions and monitor progress Support Franchisees in remodeling and building new restaurants, ensuring operational specifications are met Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance brand experience and drive growth Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 5 years in supervisory management or district-level multi-unit operations Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently Thorough understanding of restaurant operations and sound business acumen Preferred Qualifications
