What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve operations and business performance goals for assigned Franchisees
Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review processes to align on goals
Track and analyze data to guide Franchisee actions and monitor progress
Support Franchisees in remodeling and new restaurant construction processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand experience and growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
3 years of restaurant or retail management experience, with franchise consulting experience
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Thorough understanding of restaurant operations and sound business acumen
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Proven ability to build credibility and trusting relationships with stakeholders
Experience in strategic coaching and consultation
Resourcefulness and adaptability to changing situations
Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
