Staffing Consultant - Agency Recruiter
Beacon Hill is hiring a Staffing Consultant - Agency Recruiter to help clients find top talent for temporary and contract roles.
Base pay range $45,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
As a Staffing Consultant, you will find, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles with companies and organizations in your local market. This is a full-cycle recruiting role. From sourcing to placement, you will run the entire recruiting process. You will engage with job seekers via phone, email, or in person, coach them through resume editing, interview prep, post‑interview debriefs, and offer management. You will also collaborate with your team on open positions, posting ads, and utilizing online sourcing tools.
YOUR DAY
Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking.
Proactively cold‑call prospects, building a pipeline of potential hires.
Interview candidates to assess fit and readiness.
Prepare candidates for client interviews, review resumes, discuss client needs, and conduct mock interviews.
Deliver job offers and manage the offer process.
Follow up with candidates on assignment to ensure they have everything needed.
