International's Chassis Procurement Team has an immediate need for a
Procurement Supply Manager
to join their team in Lisle. The
Procurement Supply Manager
is responsible for working closely with the Category Managers to support their strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
Collaborate with a cross-functional internal team and International’s supply base to implement the Category Management Team’s (CMT) commercial goals. Manage the execution of contract price updates, coordinating with Category Managers, Commodity Managers, and Finance. Resolve day-to-day supply issues to ensure continued supply of parts to Production Plants and Program timing. Execute RFQs by adding parts to pricing contracts in alignment with CMT strategy. Build strong partnerships with suppliers and internal customers. Facilitate new supplier onboarding. Assist in resolving supplier payment/invoice issues. Manage pricing contracts for accuracy and information updates. Route agreements within the procurement system for internal review and approval. Execute requisitions for supplier purchase orders. Coordinate supplier source change notices to production plant teams for review and system updates. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree At least 1 year of purchasing/procurement experience OR Master's degree OR At least 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience Additional Requirements
Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills
Experience with Ivalua, Peoplesoft, or related procurement software. Procurement Advanced hands-on experience with Excel Benefits and Compensation
