Mgr, Supply Chain Sourcing (Tools)
to lead sourcing for our beauty tools brand, The Crème Shop.

About the Role The role is onsite, full‑time, and exempt. You will own the supplier pipeline for our Tools category, including applicators, tweezers, lash curlers, brushes, sponges and related accessories. The ideal candidate will manage supplier relationships, negotiate production terms, and ensure operational excellence from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies that meet cost, quality and sustainability goals.
Identify, qualify and onboard new manufacturing partners in Korea, China and beyond.
Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, lead times and production terms to achieve optimal cost efficiency and business continuity.
Partner with Product Development to assess manufacturability, material feasibility and tooling needs for new launches.
Collaborate with Logistics to coordinate production, shipment and warehouse schedules.
Monitor supplier performance – quality, compliance, on‑time delivery – and implement corrective actions when needed.
Stay current on market trends, material innovations and category best practices to identify new sourcing opportunities.
Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company standards, sustainability initiatives and ethical trade policies.
Maintain accurate sourcing documentation, supplier agreements and project timelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, International Trade or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain – preferably in beauty tools, consumer goods or accessories manufacturing.
Proven experience managing overseas suppliers and contract manufacturers, especially in Korea and China.
Strong negotiation and relationship‑management skills with the ability to balance quality, cost and delivery.
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience a plus).
Mandarin language skills are preferred but not required.
