About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Tools Sourcing Manager to join our Supply Chain Management team. This role will take ownership of building and maintaining a strong, sustainable supplier pipeline for our Beauty Tools category — including applicators, tweezers, lash curlers, brushes, sponges, and other related accessories. The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing supplier relationships, negotiating production terms, and ensuring operational excellence from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for the Tools category, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and sustainability goals.
Identify, qualify, and onboard new manufacturing partners to strengthen the company’s supplier base, primarily in Korea and China.
Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, lead times, and production terms to achieve optimal cost efficiency and business continuity.
Partner with Product Development to assess manufacturability, material feasibility, and tooling needs for new product launches.
Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure seamless coordination between production, shipment, and warehouse delivery schedules.
Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, including quality, compliance, and on-time delivery metrics; implement corrective actions when necessary.
Stay current with market trends, material innovations, and category best practices to proactively identify new sourcing opportunities.
Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company standards, sustainability initiatives, and ethical trade policies.
Maintain accurate sourcing documentation, supplier agreements, and project timelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, International Trade, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain — preferably within beauty tools, consumer goods, or accessories manufacturing.
Proven experience managing overseas suppliers and contract manufacturers, especially in Korea and China.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with the ability to balance quality, cost, and delivery.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience a strong plus).
Mandarin language skills preferred, but not required.

Salary Range:
$95,000-$115,000 per year DOE
