Manage client and subcontractor relationships with professional communication and dispute resolution
Drive financial success through budget analysis, cost estimation, and proactive issue resolution
Ensure compliance with safety programs, specifications, codes, and company standards
Coordinate MEP systems integration and active-site renovation projects
Implement robust project controls, documentation, and procurement processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years management experience
3+ years functional experience in construction project management
Proven expertise managing complex projects including MEP systems
Strong knowledge of safety programs and regulatory compliance
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe, Visio, and scheduling/estimating software
Experience with project management and financial systems
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences
