About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Project Manager – Construction
to manage and support construction projects for a large national energy client. You’ll oversee projects from start to finish, lead a team of project managers, and ensure everything runs smoothly — on time, within budget, and up to standards.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of project managers.
Plan and manage all stages of construction projects — from scheduling and budgeting to quality control.
Handle contracts, negotiations, and resource planning.
Communicate with clients and subcontractors, solve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
Monitor budgets, prepare cost estimates, and create proposals.
Oversee project documentation, procurement, and field operations (engineering and commissioning).
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree
or equivalent work experience.
5+ years
of management experience.
3+ years
of experience managing construction projects.
Strong background in
MEP systems
(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and
renovation projects .
Hands‑on experience with
project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation .
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office, Adobe, Visio, and scheduling/estimating tools .
