Job Description Moog’s Industrial Group is seeking a visionary and collaborative leader to serve as the Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) – Engineering. You will be responsible for driving the global standardization, optimization, and governance of engineering processes and master data across the Industrial Group. You will play a critical role in enabling business excellence through integrated digital platforms including ERP, CRM, and PLM.
As the Product Owner for PLM within Moog’s Digital and Industrial Group Centers of Excellence (ECoE), you will lead the development and deployment of harmonized engineering process blueprints, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational needs. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams across engineering, supply chain, finance, and product management to reduce complexity, eliminate duplication, and improve productivity. Your role will be located in the United States at a Moog site or at one of our Global Moog sites with Engineering capabilities.
Responsibilities
Leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global engineering processes and data standards.
Acting as the primary liaison between the Digital‑ECoE and IG‑ECoE, ensuring alignment and collaboration across global teams.
Owning and evolving the IG‑PLM blueprint, driving adoption and integration across business units.
Partnering with ERP/SAP/CRM/PLM teams to deliver scalable, value‑driven process solutions.
Facilitating governance and change management processes to support global deployments and enhancements.
Developing and maintaining a business process improvement roadmap and value funnel to deliver recurring operational benefits.
Monitoring process performance, identifying trends, and driving data‑informed decision‑making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in engineering, operations, or business process leadership.
Proven expertise in PLM, ERP, and cross‑functional process integration across global environments.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes including finance, demand planning, product management, and supply chain.
Advanced data modeling and analytics capabilities.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing across all organizational levels.
Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives and building partnerships across cultures and geographies.
Ability to work effectively with global, remote, and diverse teams.
Approximately 10% travel: domestic and international travel.

Salary Range $USD120,000 – $USD170,000 per year, or equivalent benchmark in Europe.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region‑specific benefits.
