This hybrid leadership role requires hands‑on involvement in the field, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You'll manage job timelines, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and play a key role in optimizing our operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring on‑time and high‑quality delivery
Supervise field crews and subcontractors, providing direction and daily support
Coordinate job scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement
Monitor job budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to meet operational targets
Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company protocols
Communicate proactively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance field efficiency and workflow
Serve as a leadership presence both in the office and in the field
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the plumbing industry (residential, commercial, or service‑based)
Proven project management and team leadership experience
Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead by example with a hands‑on approach
Spanish language fluency is a plus
Valid driver's license and ability to work on‑site in Redwood City and throughout the service area
