About The Role As a Senior Manager, Digital Strategy, you’ll be building performance, guiding media teams and orchestrating growth for top advertisers. This role is for you if you relish managing client relationships, as well as guiding digital paid media strategy across paid search, & social. In addition to leading the overall strategy of accounts, you'll bring strong SEM expertise to the table, and be responsible for crafting smart strategies, ensuring seamless execution, and turning insights into action. You’ll be working at the intersection of online advertising execution and sustained growth.

Responsibilities

Act as an Account Lead across 3-5 performance accounts.

Run client calls for weekly performance with additional meetings for QBRs and planning.

Help build, manage, and maintain client relationships.

Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and media planning for omnichannel media teams.

Hands‑on key management of SEM channels, along with proactive strategy and optimization.

Work with measurement and research teams to deliver industry insights and relevant performance‑based updates.

Encourage expansion into new digital paid media channels to facilitate growth and bring innovative ideas to clients.

About You The Essentials

3+ years of multichannel marketing experience with clients across paid search, paid social, and remarketing.

4‑year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Familiarity with planning tools such as MRI, Simmons, Nielsen Media Impact, and Pathmatics.

Experience forecasting and allocating digital marketing budgets across channels.

Excellent communication skills when presenting a digital marketing strategy to executive audiences.

Not a Must, but a Plus

Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem.

Salary Range : $75,000 – $110,000 USD

Return to Office Policy : This role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week. The specific details, including the number of required office days, will be in accordance with the company’s then-current RTO policy, which is subject to change from time to time.
