Job Overview The Sr Analyst – Clinical Transformation will collaborate with others on initiatives critical to improving clinical outcomes for DaVita patients. They will work with a team of highly‑motivated individuals with experience in management consulting, process and public health, change management, and healthcare delivery, and are expected to effectively manage individual work streams and communicate recommendations to their team leads and cross‑functional partners.
Responsibilities
Analytics and Strategic Synthesis
Analyze large datasets to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
Utilize analytical approaches or frameworks and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six‑Sigma) when appropriate.
Clinical Expertise
Build deep understanding of clinical processes associated with dialysis; observe operations to incorporate real‑world considerations into work.
Learn physiological context that informs why or how an intervention may impact patient health outcomes.
Collaborative Problem Solving
Leverage hypotheses‑based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities.
Show intellectual curiosity and willingness to question why or how we can do this better.
Develop understanding of how work fits into the bigger picture.
Written & Oral Communication
Convey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis.
Project Management
Create and manage individual work plan and contribute to overall project plan.
Travel
Up to 20% travel may be required at times; typical travel is 5–10%.
Qualifications
1–5 years of total work experience.
Experience with large‑scale business transformations that have tangible impact on operating/financial performance preferred.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Evidence of strong partnership ability.
