Lead Appian project delivery from inception through deployment, managing Agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization Serve as the Scrum Master for Appian delivery teams, facilitating continuous improvement and velocity optimization Partner with Product Owners and Federal stakeholders to define business requirements, epics, and user stories Maintain a strong technical understanding of Appian platform capabilities to translate functional goals into system designs Monitor project risk, budget, and scope, ensuring compliance with contractual deliverables and Federal acquisition requirements Qualifications
U.S. citizenship is required Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field 5+ years of Agile project management or Scrum Master experience, with 2+ years leading Appian projects Working knowledge of Appian design principles, case management features, and integration techniques Proficiency in Jira / Confluence for Agile planning, backlog management, and documentation traceability Preferred Qualifications
Appian Certified Associate or Senior Developer or Appian Certified Analyst Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP credential Experience integrating Appian with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP ECC / S/4HANA, ServiceNow) Familiarity with Appian Government Cloud, Appian AI Copilot, and Appian RPA Experience managing multi-vendor Agile teams within Federal programs or IDIQ task orders #InformationTechnology #ProjectManagement #ScrumMaster #Agile #CareerOpportunity #FederalProjects We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
