Imaging Systems Administrator
to join their team!
Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in managing and coordinating cutting-edge imaging systems? This is a fantastic opportunity to lead operational resources related to Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and Radiology Information Systems (RIS). Join a dynamic team where you will act as a crucial liaison between IT and Radiology, ensuring seamless integration and support for imaging systems technology. Dive into a role that offers both challenge and reward, as you enhance workflows and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Lead analysis of workflows and data collection for support systems.
Coordinate and support Imaging Systems administrative staff.
Act as a liaison for digital-imaging initiatives.
Manage project plans for radiology system applications.
Provide clinical application build, maintenance, and support.
Coordinate integration of peripheral equipment and related systems.
Participate in strategic planning for medical imaging initiatives.
Oversee activities of vendors during system installation and implementation.
Coordinate testing efforts and obtain user sign-off on results.
Provide support to staff and ensure 24/7 triage and application support.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Basic competency with Windows Server OS.
3+ years experience in a radiology department required.
PACS or RIS system experience required.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Epic Radiant, Cerner Radnet, and Philips iSite experience preferred.
CIIP certification is a plus.
