Position Overview Dal‑Tile is seeking an SR. Credit Coordinator. The SR. Credit Coordinator works with the Regional Credit Manager to support both internal and external customer relationships. The role follows credit and collections policies, procedures, and practices, provides good customer service, and offers upward mobility through exposure to corporate financial systems and general accounting processes.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist the Regional Credit Manager in supporting internal and external customer relationships.
Contact external customers to review overdue accounts.
Complete high‑volume incoming credit and collection calls on overdue accounts.
Research and resolve customer charge‑backs.
Reconcile customer accounts and cash applications.
Provide administrative support for assigned area including aging reports, filing, correspondence, lien waivers, write‑offs, account reconciliation, refunds, NSF checks, and communication with other departments.
Maintain all assigned accounts within established performance standards.
Timely completion of lien and bond waivers and releases.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience and Knowledge Required
High School Diploma or GED.
Familiarity with lien and bond waivers and releases.
Knowledge of lien laws (a plus).
Moderate to advanced skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
1+ years hands‑on analysis and collections experience.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Proven ability to work as a member of a team.
Competencies
Effective written correspondence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, seek solutions, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong ability to interface with all company departments as necessary.
