Company Docotel Group. Founded in 2007, DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm based in Chicago's Loop.

We focus on delivering, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO and QA.

We serve clients in SLED, financial services, fortune, public utility and partner with Big 4 SI partners.

Position Overview Open for a 13+ month contract (12/01/2025 to 01/29/2027) as an SAP Architect at Docotel Group.

Must work on W2.

Location: Nashville, TN (offer onsite in Chattanooga or Knoxville).

Role Summary As an SAP Architect Contractor, you will design and implement SAP solutions (including SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors/ECC HCM, SAP Concur) to meet business needs.

You will define interaction requirements for components, subsystems, and interfaces within the SAP ecosystem, ensure alignment with business and technology requirements, and provide guidance on SAP development and fixes.

Responsibilities

Design and implement SAP solutions to meet business requirements, including SAP S/4HANA.

Define interaction requirements for components, subsystems and interfaces within the SAP ecosystem.

Provide strategic direction and guidance on SAP development, production fixes, and enhancements.

Ensure alignment of business and technology requirements with enterprise design.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define vision, requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Configure and integrate organizational structures, position management, job requisition processes and employee self‑service features within SAP HR modules.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective travel and expense workflows in SAP Concur, ensuring alignment with finance and HR controls.

Support ongoing administration: manage user roles, data synchronization and master data activities across HR and Concur platforms.

Conduct workshops and training for end‑users and stakeholders across both HR and expense management processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage escalations and perform regression testing during upgrades or system enhancements.

Collaborate across IT, HR and finance to ensure seamless integrations, data consistency and process compliance.

Document configurations, business processes and test cases for audit and continuous improvement purposes.

Support ongoing operations, troubleshoot issues and resolve support tickets related to the SAP HR and Concur module.

Qualifications

7‑8 years of experience in SAP HR (SuccessFactors or ECC HCM, Mini Master in S4 HANA) and SAP Concur.

Intermediate to advanced level (6‑9 years of experience) in SAP HR.

Experience with the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go‑live.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

US citizen or green card holder.

Compensation Pay rate: $52‑57.77/hr depending on experience.
