The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Jacksonville, FL is 105-110 K year & benefits (see below).

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using both declarative (Flow, Process Builder, App Builder) and programmatic (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) approaches.

Translate business requirements into high‑quality technical deliverables.

Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.

Optimize Salesforce configurations, security models, and automation workflows.

Work closely with architects, admins, and business analysts to ensure best practices and data integrity.

Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.

Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

8–10 years of total IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce development.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Low Code tools (Flows, Lightning App Builder, Process Builder).

Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and API integration.

Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

Familiarity with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

Strong understanding of security, sharing rules, and governor limits.

Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or App Builder Certification preferred.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
