Director, Transmission & Interconnection Remote, USA
The Director of Transmission Strategy will lead Antora’s transmission and interconnection activities, including defining Antora’s transmission and interconnection strategy, advocating in front of RTOs/ISOs and utilities to create transmission service that works for flexible, low load factor loads, identifying ideal grid locations for our thermal energy storage projects, and ensuring rapid and cost‑effective interconnections in partnership with our utilities. They will lead the internal team managing interconnections and will externally represent Antora with RTOs/ISOs, transmission providers, and utilities to shape policy and strategic outcomes.
EH&S Coordinator San Jose, CA
The Environmental, Health, and Safety Coordinator will help Antora maintain its critical environmental, health, and safety records that underpin the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of our businesses. This role works closely with the front line and management personnel working to achieve Antora’s mission of stopping global warming. We work fast and with passion and this role will help make sure we keep the important resources needed to safely do our work, close at hand and that our EH&S Management Systems function effectively.
People Operations Coordinator San Jose, CA
The People Team Coordinator is a central force behind the People Operations remit of delivering exceptional employee experiences across the full employee lifecycle. This role combines precision, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills to support three critical areas: high‑volume and high‑complexity interview scheduling, accurate and timely payroll administration, and seamless company event execution.
This is a hands‑on, highly visible role that directly enables our team to scale and support a growing workforce effectively. Maintenance Technician – Crane Operator Big Stone City, SD
The Crane Operator performs mechanical and/or electrical maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal efficiency, reliability, and overall facility condition. Responds to call‑outs as needed to maintain plant availability. Primary responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and performance optimization of pumps and associated fluid handling systems. This includes centrifugal, positive displacement, and specialty pumps used in power generation, water treatment, thermal storage, or industrial process systems. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safe and efficient plant operations. While primarily focused on boiler projects, they will also support maintenance activities, such as module maintenance, and plant improvement projects.
Supports planning efforts and inventory control by following proper requisition procedures for tools, parts, and supplies. Prepares reports as required by management and plant protocols. Maintains compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, and ensures adherence to plant safety and operational procedures. Actively promotes and maintains a safe and orderly work environment.

The Maintenance Technician (Contractor) plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and overall performance of plant equipment and systems. This position involves hands‑on mechanical work, primarily focused on module installation, field maintenance, and outdoor inspections. The technician will respond to call‑outs to maintain plant availability and assist with both planned maintenance and improvement projects.
