Role As a

Customer Success Manager (CSM)

at SponsorCX, you’ll own the client relationship from post‑sale through implementation and beyond. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with our Implementation team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, then take the lead in driving adoption, satisfaction, and growth once clients are live on the platform.

Your goal: build strong relationships, deliver measurable value, and ensure every SponsorCX client achieves long‑term success.

What You’ll Do

Partner with the Implementation team during onboarding to ensure a seamless client transition.

Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders from the start.

Drive platform adoption and engagement, ensuring clients achieve their goals.

Manage ongoing client success post‑implementation—including renewals and growth opportunities.

Lead regular check‑ins and business reviews to track performance and outcomes.

Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales to advocate for client needs and solutions.

Monitor account health and proactively address potential risks.

What You Bring

3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS Implementation.

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Proven ability to manage clients across onboarding, adoption, and renewal stages.

Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

Familiarity with CRM or Customer Success tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.).

A proactive, empathetic approach with a passion for helping clients succeed.
