Job Description This CO-OP is specific to Purdue University. The role will assist field engineers and superintendents with daily activities to gain knowledge and exposure to different roles on a project site.

Participate in daily job safety meetings.

Assist with development of request forms.

Update scheduling activities by monitoring and documenting work progress.

Organize project documentation.

Assist higher‑level construction engineers and superintendents.

Some manual labor is included.

Basic Job Requirements

Current student enrolled with Purdue University pursuing a degree in Construction Management.

Completion of 4 semesters.

Completion of the internship program survey through Purdue University.

Ability to meet the schedule requirements of the Internship Program.

Other Job Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.

Job‑related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.

Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/provincial, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.

Attention to detail and work in a time‑conscious and time‑effective manner.

Preferred Qualifications

GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Participation in extracurricular campus programs.

Completion of OSHA 10.

Typically has one (1) year of project experience.

Ability to speak/read multiple languages.

Salary Range: $34,500.00 - $54,500.00
