As a Mental Health Associate, You Will
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
Provide routine patient care in a psychiatric setting
Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in client behaviors
Assist with patient groups and activities
Work with culturally and generationally diverse populations to meet their individual needs
Provide trauma‑informed and age‑specific care
Maintain therapeutic boundaries and utilize crisis intervention techniques

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
College students pursuing a degree in behavioral health, psychology, or human services preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain composure in crisis situations
