Responsibilities

HRI Hospital is seeking Full Time Mental Health Advocates for the day and evening shift. Monitor patient safety on the inpatient psychiatric units Assist nursing staff with patient treatment procedures Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment Assist patients with activities of daily living Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric environment Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in client behaviors Assist with patient groups and activities Shifts

Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm Evening Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm Night Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am Shift Differentials

Evening Shift: +$1.25/Hour Night Shift: +$2.00/Hour Weekend Shift: +$1.50/Hour Note: The weekend shift differential is cumulative; Example – a weekend evening shift would equate to a +$2.75 cumulative differential About Universal Health Services

Qualifications
