Overview We are looking for a skilled, motivated event bartender to join our Constellation team at the California Academy of Science in San Francisco, CA. As an event bartender, you will have the opportunity to mix and serve a variety of beverages and perform meal service for a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar.
Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations.
Performing food service as needed.
Customer service, including describing and recommending menu items.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages.
A valid state bartending license.
Nice to Have
Prior bartending experience.
Compensation $25 an hour.
