Construction Project Manager - Healthcare

We are seeking a
Construction Project Manager
with at least 5 years of healthcare construction experience to join our team.
The role is office-based with regular travel to project sites, overseeing multiple projects valued from $1M to $10M each. It is supported by a family-friendly environment with flexible policies, including half-days on Fridays during the summer months.
We embrace cutting‑edge construction technology, including Procore, MS Project, and Sage Timberline, to ensure precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing clients, quality, safety, project staff, schedules, and budgets, with a strong focus on healthcare construction projects. A formal education in construction, architecture, or engineering is required, along with excellent customer‑relationship skills.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of projects from inception to completion and beyond.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, including healthcare administrators and stakeholders, to foster long‑term partnerships.
Create, maintain, and communicate project schedules using MS Project.
Manage site superintendents to meet project deadlines and quality goals.
Manage changes to the project, including time, cost, and scope‑of‑work.
Manage periodic project billing.
Manage project punch list and closeout process to high standards.
Plan, attend, and conduct regular meetings with vendors and clients.
Embrace company quality and safety initiatives.
Collaborate with all‑team members.

Excel in a design‑build project delivery process with a passion for construction.
Qualifications
A four‑year degree in construction, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of healthcare construction experience (e.g., hospital renovations, medical facility builds, or expansions).
Proficiency with construction management software, specifically Procore, MS Project, and Sage Timberline.
A proven track record of successful construction project leadership, including references from past clients and employers.
Self‑motivated with independent work performance.
