Responsibilities

Conceptualize unique and complex vertical lifting solutions and create detailed mechanical product designs using 3D CAD software.

Apply expertise in structural steel design, hydraulics, and power transmission to develop practical and effective solutions.

Conduct mechanical analysis, including FEA and dynamic analysis, to ensure designs meet all customer and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with a small project group to contribute innovative ideas and technical expertise for complex projects.

Convert verbal and written customer information into precise, high‑quality engineering drawings and models.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

3+ years of mechanical design experience in fabrication, heavy equipment, or related manufacturing environment.

Proficiency with SolidWorks, FEA, and dynamic analysis software.

Experience (2+ years) with PDM and ERP systems.

Strong understanding of hydraulic power systems, structural steel design, and mechanical power transmission.

Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Solid work history.

U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay up to $92,000, plus full benefits.

No remote work; on‑site position.

Full‑time, permanent, salaried W‑2.
