Sodexo is hiring for an Executive Chef 2 at Wilmington Hospital, located in Wilmington, DE. This 350‑bed hospital serves as ChristianCare’s corporate headquarters.
What You'll Do
Lead a team of culinarians to provide high‑quality meals and food service.
Maintain food and health & safety logs within Sodexo and hospital guidelines and requirements.
Effectively coach, mentor, and train staff.
Prepare orders and maintain appropriate inventory.
Bring innovative and fresh ideas for retail, catering, and patient services.
Cultivate effective interpersonal relationships with patients, customers, and clients in the hospital.

What You Bring
Strong knowledge of HACCP.
High‑end catering and dining experience and a passion for culinary arts.
A production culinary background, ideally in a fast‑paced environment: upscale restaurant/retail/catering.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Culinary training and certifications/education are a plus.
