Executive Chef (Steakhouse) Lotus Concepts Management is hiring an Executive Chef for our upcoming modern steakhouse, Noble, in Denver, Colorado. This full‑time, on‑site role will lead culinary strategy, kitchen operations, and staff development.

Base Pay Range $70,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The role focuses on menu development, cost control, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Menu Development & Execution: Design and execute innovative seasonal menus while maintaining consistent quality and cost control.

Culinary Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.

Cost & Inventory Management: Keep food and labor costs within budget, oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships.

Kitchen Operations: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and equipment maintenance.

Collaboration with FOH Management: Align culinary offerings with guest preferences and collaborate on event menus and promotions.

Innovation & Trend Awareness: Stay current with food trends and culinary techniques to keep the menu fresh.

Hiring & Staff Development: Recruit, onboard, and train new kitchen team members.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all food safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Guest Satisfaction: Uphold high standards of food presentation and taste, responding to guest feedback.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of culinary management experience, including at least 3 years as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role.

Culinary degree or equivalent preferred; extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen management, and menu development required.

Proficiency in both Spanish and English preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

Proficiency in kitchen equipment and food safety protocols.

Strong understanding of food cost analysis and budgeting.

Creativity in menu planning and presentation.

Passion for food, mentorship, flexibility, problem‑solving, and collaboration with FOH and corporate management.
