Rippling seeks a Senior Customer Data Analytics Manager to build and manage the customer data model, produce actionable insights for the sales organization, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to define KPIs and drive operational excellence. What You Will Do
Own the development of core customer data tables, collaborating with data science and engineering. Partner with revenue operations and product teams to define, document, and deploy actionable metrics. Build and maintain critical reporting and self‑serve dashboards that track business performance. Lead high‑priority analytical projects and manage related workstreams. Provide data‑driven insights on customer sales performance and business processes. What You Will Need
7+ years of experience working with data across multiple organizations such as Account Management, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Sales. Proficiency in complex SQL and ad‑hoc data pipelines, preferably on Snowflake; experience with Python/R is a bonus. Experience developing definitional documentation and conducting educational sessions on dashboards and analytics. Expertise with visualization tools like Tableau, Mode, and Looker. Strong background designing and maintaining ETLs that ensure data accuracy and consistency. Excellent data visualization and presentation skills for audiences ranging from executives to team members. Prior experience in a startup or fast‑growth technology company. Additional Information
