Position Overview Propy Title is seeking an
Escrow Officer
to join our expanding team in
Texas . This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional with deep escrow expertise and strong client relationships to manage and grow a pipeline in a high‑performing, tech‑forward environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full‑cycle Escrow Management:
Manage residential real estate transactions from opening to post‑closing, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys; maintain clear, proactive communication throughout the transaction.
Fund Disbursement:
Oversee the accurate and timely disbursement of funds in accordance with the contract terms.
Document Review & Processing:
Analyze title commitments, purchase agreements, and closing documents to identify and resolve issues.
Title Insurance Coordination:
Work closely with underwriters to clear title and issue policies.
Problem‑Solving:
Resolve escrow or title issues with urgency and professionalism.
Compliance:
Ensure transactions meet all state, federal, and company compliance standards.
Closing Execution:
Coordinate and conduct closings (in‑person or virtual), ensuring all documentation is signed and distributed correctly.
Qualifications
3+ years of escrow experience
with a successful track record in
Texas real estate transactions
Existing book of business is required
Deep knowledge of
Texas escrow and title regulations
Strong understanding of title insurance and underwriting processes
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions simultaneously with precision
Tech‑savvy and comfortable working in a modern, digital‑first environment
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service
Education & Licensing
Must hold a valid
Texas Escrow Officer License
