The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis activities for assigned areas of responsibilities of the Portfolio Business Units and Clinical Affairs. In addition to partnering with the Business Units and Clinical Affairs, this position will provide analytical support for business decisions through month‑end, forecasting and budgeting processes.

This position is part of the Portfolio Business Unit Finance team located in Chaska MN, Brea CA or Miami FL and will be an onsite position. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

Lead preparation and analysis of monthly departmental actuals & forecasts as well as annual budgets for areas of responsibility

Provide financial leadership and analytics assessing high‑impact initiatives to Business Units/Clinical Affairs business partners

Support project teams for key programs to track and analyze financial performance, forecast projected spend, and optimize resource utilization. Support global project costing/reporting utilizing Oracle Projects

Develop and maintain financial models of new product development projects to assist in the R&D project prioritization process and support strategic roadmap planning

Identify and implement process improvements related to accelerating Revenue / Operating Profit growth, forecast accuracy and other areas

Direct supervisory responsibilities of two finance associates

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration (concentration in Accounting or Finance), Economics, or related field with 9+ years of experience OR Master’s degree in field with 7+ years of experience

Progressive financial planning and analysis roles

Experience leading teams

Proficient knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and advanced level PC skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Oracle EBS and SAP – Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC) / EPM

Knowledge of building or maintaining Power BI dashboards

Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to $130,000. This is the range that we, in good faith, believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
