with a

growing, international manufacturing organization

US headquartered in Austin! This is a

hands-on leadership role

for someone who enjoys being in the details while driving financial excellence and team performance.

About the Role:

Lead and develop a team of 5 accounting professionals

Oversee monthly reporting, budgets, forecasts, and cashflows

Ensure accuracy of financial statements under

GAAP & IFRS

Manage consolidations, internal controls, and SOX compliance

Support strategic initiatives—restructuring, M&A, and ERP/BI projects

15+ years in accounting/controllership (manufacturing required)

6+ years in a multinational environment

Strong leadership and technical accounting expertise

Experience with

transfer pricing, ERP systems,

and process improvement

Base:

$150K–$170K + 10% bonus

Hybrid:

2 days office / 3 remote
